Geia Group surpasses 3 billion again – solid growth expectations for 2025
Geia Group’s consolidated revenue for 2024 once again surpassed DKK 3 billion in a year marked by challenging market conditions.

Geia Food A/S achieved a net profit of DKK 57.2 million in 2024, an increase of DKK 5.5 million compared to 2023. The result was positively impacted by lower goodwill amortization.
Total group revenue reached DKK 3.004 billion – more or less on par with the previous year.
“Considering the challenging market conditions we are operating in, we are satisfied with this year’s result,” says Claus Ravnsbo, Group CEO of Geia Group.
At the beginning of 2025, Geia acquired the UK-based company Lupa Foods – a key step in the Group’s efforts to strengthen its market position through geographic expansion. The partnership establishes a solid foothold in the UK, one of Europe’s largest markets, paving the way for further expansion in the coming years.
The Group’s revenue for 2025 is expected to reach more than DKK 3.5 billion.
