Geia Group's Finnish company Topfoods acquires Delice Plus
With the acquisition, Topfoods strengthens its retail business and its position within cakes and pastries, where Satumaista is an established brand.
Delice Plus is a successful Finnish supplier of cakes and pastries, working closely with the leading Finnish retail chains as well as the foodservice market. Established in 1999, the company has built Satumaista into a recognised brand within its category and earned a reputation as a reliable supplier of quality products. The company employs six people.

Sakari Mäkelä will continue as CEO of Delice Plus during the integration period, handing over his responsibilities to the Topfoods organisation, after which he will retire. Together with the rest of the Delice Plus team, Topfoods will continue to build the business.
