We set clear expectations for our suppliers to ensure responsible and ethical business practices, creating fair working conditions for the people who produce the food we eat. Our Supplier Code of Conduct outlines strict standards on working conditions, human rights, environmental responsibility, and business ethics.
As a member of Sedex, we are committed to promoting ethical trade, safe working conditions, and sustainable practices across our supply chain. We hold our suppliers to high standards because we believe that fair treatment of workers in the food industry is essential—both for people and for the future of food.
We also believe in supporting producer communities directly. Since 2020, we’ve partnered with the Migrant Children Learning Center of the Raks Thai Foundation in Thailand, providing education for children of Myanmar migrant workers—many of whom are employed by our suppliers. By investing in education, we help build a stronger future for the people who help bring great food to the table.
